DESERT GRAZING FACTS

"Desert or Pasture? Livestock in the Southwestern United States" is a project of the Sierra Club's Southwest Deserts Borderlands Taskforce. The video is 18 minutes in length. We have created this informational and educational video in order to educate the public about the effects of livestock grazing on our beautiful deserts. The vast majority of public is unaware that the current physical appearance and ecological health of our grazed deserts is not natural.

We're distributing this information via video in order for the public to get involved. Take action! Expressing your concern to our Federal lands managers and getting involved locally in public lands grazing management decisions is one way to help. We also need your monetary support in order to keep up the campaign's momentum.
